Vital to supporting our pharmacy and Aged Care partners is our dedicated Customer Care Team. The team have a great understanding of MPS products and systems to assist enquiries or if needed direct to the right MPS team member. They are a passionate team who want to ensure the best level of service to all customers, and play a pivotal role in welcoming new customers to MPS and setting them up for success.
We have a team member available Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 7:00pm AEST. You can either email your query or request to customerservice@mpsconnect.com.au or call the team on 1800 003 938. If the team is busy on other calls, you have the option to leave a voicemail (select 1) or a call back request (select 2). If you choose one of these options, as soon as a team member is free you will receive a call back. Please note: if your phone is set to ‘No Caller ID’ please only leave a voicemail, as the call back function cannot access your phone number.
